Brandon Kelly

President & CEO

As a member of the Kelly family, Brandon has been involved in all aspects of the firm’s endeavors since his youth. Starting out in the construction field in his early teens, Brandon has worked through every facet of the firm’s real estate ventures.

After graduating college and working for a developer in Colorado, Brandon returned to the RJ Kelly Company and co-founded their storage division in 1998. In conjunction with growing the firm’s storage developments and investments, Brandon became increasingly involved in the firm’s management. These roles have included asset management, leasing and lease negotiations, property management, finance, development, acquisition and investment.

Brandon has consistently worked to identify new opportunities while managing the firms existing portfolio of office, flex, storage and other real estate investments and developments.

In 2010 Brandon became the President of R.J. Kelly Company.

Brandon received his BA from Tulane University in 1997 and his MBA from Babson College in 2002.

Brandon lives with his wife and two daughters on the north shore. He serves on the Board of Trustees of the Greater New England Chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society and is a member of NAIOP and ULI.
