RJ Kelly is a vertically integrated firm that provides in-house production (acquisition, development, and re-development), entitlement, construction, leasing, and management expertise.

Since our founding in 1951, we have developed and managed in excess of five million square feet of real estate, primarily commercial, throughout New England. 

Notable projects include Executive Place and Corporate Place in Burlington, several office/flex parks in Andover and Wilmington, and developments in Wakefield, Billerica, Peabody, Woburn, Tewksbury, Taunton, Salisbury, and Newbury, MA.  In addition to our commercial properties, we have also developed several hundred residential homes and various condominium complexes.

In the late 1990’s, RJ Kelly also entered the self-storage industry and since that time has acquired, (re)developed, and managed a substantial portfolio of self-storage assets.

The RJ Kelly portfolio today consists of a number of suburban office/R&D properties located along Boston’s major roadways, a self-storage portfolio with assets in Massachusetts, Connecticut and New Hampshire, and strategic land holdings across Massachusetts.
